Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

The Service is offered at $197 per month with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless canceled. You can cancel anytime from /app/billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; existing subscribers are grandfathered for the remainder of their term.

You retain ownership of all content you upload (dossier inputs, writing samples, financials) and all content we generate on your behalf ("Generated Content"). You grant us a limited license to process your inputs for the sole purpose of providing the Service.

We do not train shared foundation models on your inputs. Prompt caches are scoped to your organization and ephemeral.

The Service integrates with third-party providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gamma, Google, LinkedIn, X, Stripe, Supabase, Firecrawl, Inngest). Your use of those integrations is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or behavior.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes rights
• Impersonate others or misrepresent source material
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our prompts, models, or infrastructure
• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email or spam
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its outputs as a competing product

Features that publish on your behalf (Gmail Drafts, LinkedIn posts, X tweets, scheduled runs, event triggers) act only when you explicitly enable them. You are responsible for the content published under your identity.

Generated Content is produced by AI systems that may make errors. You are responsible for reviewing drafts before publishing. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, we will provide a 30-day window to export your data.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced via email and the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware state or federal court.
